ABOUT THE EVENT:

We conduct both Technical and Non-Technical events. Come, participate and explore your talents that you have been carrying around without knowing yourself and grab those amazing prizes.

General Rules:

·         Maximum of 20 participants are allowed from one institution.

·         Kindly fill the registration form / Online form and mail it to techclave2020@gmail.com

·         Registration starts at 8.30 A.M. and closes by 10.30 A.M.

·         All the participants must bring their Institution ID cards or Bonafide Certificate.

·         Registration fee Rs. 100/-

·         Afternoon lunch will be provided to all the participants.

·         Participants are requested to register on or before 10-02-2020.

·         Any indisciplinary move/issue by any participant belonging to any college will lead to the disqualification of the entire college team.

·         Common rules and event rules are subjected to change at organizers decision.

·         Maximum number of winners from an institution can win “Overall Trophy”.

·         Early registration will help us to organize the event in a professional way.

·         Participation Certificate will be provided to all the participants.

RULES & REGULATION FOR EVENTS

TECHNICAL EVENTS

PAPER PRESENTATION

v  Time duration: Max 6 Minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.

v  No. of participants per team 2.

v  Soft copy of the paper must be sent to the following email-id. E-Mail Id: techclave2020@gmail.com   on or before 08.02.2020 

v  Notification of paper acceptance: February 10th, 2020.

v  Topics:

                   1. Artificial Intelligence and Robotics

                   2. Cloud Computing

                  3. Big Data Analytics

                  4. Blue Eye Technology

                  5. Cyber Crime and Security

                             OR

             Any topic of student’s preference on latest trends in computer.

POSTER DESIGNING

v  Two participants per team.

v  Prelims will be conducted.

v  Time provided for each team is 30 minutes and Spot topic will be given.

v  The poster must me designed in A3 size(29.7 x 42.0cm) (3508 x 4961 pixels) (15.98 x 20 inches).

v  *System will be provided with (Photoshop only). Participants who uses other software's should bring their own Laptop for their convenience.

TECHNICAL QUIZ

v  A team shall consist of maximum of two students.

v  The decision of the quiz-master will be final and will not be subjected to any change.

v  Participants shall not be allowed to use mobile or any other electronic instruments.

v  Questions shall be in the form of multiple choice, True / False statement, Visuals, Specific-answer question etc.

v  Audience shall not give any hints or clues to the competitors.

DEBUGGING

v  One member per team(Individual).

v  A preliminary round will be held.

v  3 rounds will be conducted. 

v  Debugging Languages – C , C++, Java

v  In final round they have to debug the code.

WEB DESIGNING

v  Maximum 2 members per group

v  Participants need to design 5 + pages based on the competition topic.

v  Coding must be in specified language : HTML, PHP, CSS, JAVASCRIPT

v  First page must be your home page (Containing LOGO depicting the topic and the website name)

v  Last page must be information hub that provides details.

VIDEO EDITING

v  Solo or Duo (Max 2 per Team).

v  There will be a 3 Rounds and the team will announced in spot.

v  We Will Give a Instructions During Competition.

v  Don’t Search YouTube Videos for making a video.

v  Winner Will Announced In Finals.

PHOTOGRAPHY

v  Spot theme

v  Mobile photography allowed

v  No editing photos

v  Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

v  Only one entry is allowed per photographer.

DUMB CHARADES 

v  The words or phrase given to the participant will be general and Technical.

v  Team event of 3 members, Time limit will be of 1 minute to perform.

v  Team which will take minimum time to guess will be winning team

v  Prelims will be conducted; Only 6 Teams would be selected for final stage rounds.

v  There will be 4 Rounds, No Lip Movement; Decision of the judge will be final.

FUN EVENTS

CONNECTIONS

v  Two members per team.

v  A preliminary round will be held.

v  3 rounds will be conducted. 

v  Time limitations

MIME

v  Each team can have two to ten members

v  Time limit is 3-5 minutes. Negative points for exceeding the time.

v  The act should not contain any dialogues, Lip movement, Props.

v  No act shall contain any disrespectful actions or gestures.

v  Points will be given on the basis of innovation, synchronization with music and team members expression.

v  Team can choose their own topics.

FACE PAINTING

v  It is a team event. There can be only 2 participants in a team

v  Participants should bring their own colors, brushes etc.

v  Time limit is 60 minutes.

v  Topic will be given on the spot.

v  Participants will be judged on the basis of creativity, innovation and design.

v  Decision of the judges will be final and binding.

TREASURE HUNT

v  The Treasure Hunt event will start from 10:30 am.

v  Each group participants (maximum 4 members) is allowed.

v  Participants will have to go from one place to another with the help of the clues they find at each stop to reach their final destination.

v  The first round quiz conducted by coordinators decision.

v  The judges decision in the competition will be final.

SPELL  BEE

v  Individual person can participate.

v  Any kind of words will be displayed in the game.

v  First top 25 will be selected for the second round.    

v  Any kind of word’s audio will be played.

v  Top 10 will be selected for third round.

v  In third round among top 10 first 3 will be awarded.

CUBIC CHALLENGE (COLOR HUNTING)

v  A team can have two players.

v  Each team will be given 10 minutes to solve.

v  A question will be asked regarding 2 or 3 colors.

v  Using cube, the question should be solved.

FLYING WORDS

v  2 Members per team- 3 rounds ( preliminary, framing words, finding words)

v  1^st round - 5 Mins (25que – aptitude)

v  2^nd round - 3 Mins (framing words from given bunch of letters )

v  3^rd round - 1 Mins for per question ( finding answer and that answer find out from the group of letters – per team 5 ques)

v  If any tie occur it will be filtered by technical questions.

TRENDING GAMES (LOGO MAKER)

v  The Logo Maker event will start from 10:30 am.

v  Participants 2 members as per team is allowed.

v  Participants will have 3 round.

v  1^st round – Puzzle solving as per question.

v  2^nd round – Logo finder ( Logo will be displayed finding a name of a logo).

v  3^rd round – Logo creating use mobile phone as per theme.

v  Except 3^rd round mobile phone will not be allowed.

v  Each round will be conducted for 20mins.
