The Events Planned during the Technical Symposium are listed below, the event provides a platform for the students to enhance their knowledge and to sharpen their talents.

IMPORTANT DATES :

  • Last date for submitting the papers : 31-08-2015
  • Last date for sending the registration forms : 04-09-2015
  • Event Date : 11-09-2015

General Rules :


  • Only one team per college is allowed [students from B.Sc IT/CT/CS, BCA,  are eligible].
  • Each member can participate in only one event [to avoid clashes between events].
  • Kindly register and confirm yourself / your team through E-mail well in advance 
  • Winners are awarded with attractive cash prizes.
  • Participants’ certificate will be provided for all the participants at the valedictory.
  • Participants are requested to report at the registration counter by 9.30 a.m., on the day of the event.
  • Spot registration will be closed at 10.00 a.m.
  • Participants must bring their college ID card and authorization certificate from Head of the institution / Department.
  • Judges decision will be final and fastening for all events.
  • Teams found violating the rules or misbehaving will be disqualified.
  • The participants will be responsible for the safety of their belongings. CONCLAVE ’15 team will not be responsible for any loss of property.
  • Participants should follow proper dress code.
  • Lunch will be provided to all the registered participants.
  • Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the competition area.

PAPIRA - THE PAPER PRESENTATION


The topics for paper presentation(PAPIRA) are as follows, but not limited to the below mentioned:
  • Nanotechnology Shaping The Future
  • Cloud Computing Technology
  • Facebook Thrift
  • Ethical Hacking
  • Mind Reading Computer
  • Sixth Sense Technology
  • 5 Pen PC Technology
  • Blue Brain
  • Space Mouse
  • Cluster Computing
  • Any IT Related topic
Rules for Paper Presentation:
  • Only one team per college & Maximum of two authors.
  • Participants should send their abstract & full paper to the email id conclave15@gmail.com and cscarcas@gmail.com on before 31-August-2015.
  • Selected papers will be intimated through E-mail and selection list will be announced in the blogspot http://rathinamcomputerscience.blogspot.in 
  • Selected Participants must bring hard copy of paper and PPT soft copy in(*.ppt) format.
  • Paper should be in IEEE format.
  • Selected team should given a PPT soft copy in PEN DRIVE to the registration counter at 9.30a.m.
  • Judges decision will be final.
  • The presentation should last a maximum of 7 minutes. There will be a 3 minutes query and answer session following it.
  • Other innovative topics are also welcome.





Q-MIND- TECHNICAL QUIZ

  • Only one team per college & Maximum of two participants per team.
  • Online preliminary round will be conducted, including 5 tie break questions.
  • Questions related to technical concepts.
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.



CODIGO- DEBUGGING

  • Only one team per college & Maximum of two participants per team.
  • Online preliminary round will be conducted, including 5 tie break questions.
  • Questions related to C, C++, and JAVA.
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.



BONDING- CONNECTIONS


  • Only one team per college & Maximum of two participants per team.
  • Online preliminary round will be conducted, including 5 tie break questions.
  • Questions related to technical & general concepts.
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.



VIRTUAL DREAMS –WEB DESIGNING


  • Only one team per college & Maximum of two participants per team.
  • Written preliminary round will be conducted, including 5 tie break questions.
  • Questions related to HTML, CSS, Java Script, Flash and Photoshop.
  • The topic for finals will be given on spot.
  • No internet facility will be provided.
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.



KEYBOARD CHASERS- THE TYPING MASTER


  • Only one participant per college.
  • Two rounds will be conducted.
  • Five teams will be selected for final round.
  • Time speed and accuracy will be evaluated for both the rounds.
